Ultrasonic cleaning station US-500
The ultrasonic cleaning station US–500 is a compact workstation, which can be easily moved thanks to the four rollers. The unit is designed for companies that have few parts to clean per day and are looking for an environmentally friendly and cost–effective solution. In addition to ultrasonic cleaning, it is also possible to clean the parts manually with the integrated flow brush.
Key Features & Information
In use for the printing industry
The US-500, together with the cleaning agent developed by NANOVIS, allows you to quickly and easily remove UV-curing and solvent-based inks from all common manufacturers from ink trays, ink pots or other printing equipment using ultrasound or the integrated flow brush. Depending on the curing degree of the ink, a cleaning cycle lasts between 15 and 30 minutes.
Durable cleaning agent
The non–volatile cleaning agent specially developed by NANOVIS has the property that the detached paint particles clump together during standstill periods to form larger paint agglomerations and settle on the floor as a result of gravity. The ultrasonic basin is then emptied
sporadically and the paint sludge is removed.
Depending on the amount of ink and use, our cleaning agent has a service life of several months.
What is Pad Cleaning?
Pad cleaning was developed for pad printing machines being used with automated systems.
During printing, ink can build up on the surface of the printing pad, which can eventually affect the print quality. A pad cleaning device uses adhesive tape to remove this build up of ink. The cleaning interval can be programmed into the machine depending on the printing conditions.
The amount the tape turns to ensure a clean area of tape is presented each time the pad needs to be cleaned can also be controlled to suit the size of the image being printed.
