The TPX range of machines has been in production now for almost 40 years. In recent years HMI touch screens and full servo control have been added to the TPX range of pad printers.

Touch screen control with full servo precision operation

The TPX 300 is a full servo drive pad printing machine that is ideal for the printing of longer images, or multi-colour printing. A pad or product shuttle is available for 2 colour printing. The TPX 300 can also be configured with a linear product shuttle or transfer carre for high output 4 colour work. Programmable pad cleaning and Teca Print’s Ti 300 thinner injection can also be added.

Large range of plate sizes and configuration

Quick change combination plate holder, suitable for nylo or steel printing plates.

Maximum plate size 350 x 150 mm.

Ink pick up and printing positions are both adjustable and machine settings are easily configured via a HMI touch screen controller.

What is Pad Printing?

The pad printing process uses a silicone rubber printing pad to transfer ink from an etched printing plate directly on to the component.

The flexibility of the printing pad means that curved or uneven surfaces can be printed easily. Multi-colour and process colour images can be printed using a component shuttle or a carousel system. The printing of very fine detail is also possible.

Pad printing was developed for the watch industry and is still used today by the world’s leading watch manufacturers.

Other applications include the printing of automotive components, medical devices and a huge range of plastic moulded parts which require printing.

Available with 2 sizes of plate holder, 100 x 100 or 150 x 100, the quick change combination plate holders make it easy to swap between nylo and 10mm steel plates as required to suit your production requirements.
